Saniyh Store rewards its customers with points, cashback and tiers. These are the program terms, which apply together with the Terms and conditions.
1. Activation
- The program is activated by entering your national ID or iqama number in Account details, and each number is limited to one account.
- Before activation, no points or cashback are earned and the wallet cannot be used, and they are not credited retroactively later.
- The number cannot be changed once saved except by request at info@saniyh.com.
2. Points
- One point for every SAR 1 of merchandise value โ after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping โ added upon completion of the order.
- Each point is worth SAR 0.02 and can be used as a discount on your order in multiples of 100 points.
- Points expire 365 days after they are earned, and points you use are deducted from those expiring soonest.
3. Cashback
1% of the merchandise value โ after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping โ is added to your wallet when the order is completed and can be used on your future orders.
4. Tiers
Your tier is determined by your purchases over the last 12 months (completed orders, minus returns) and changes automatically, up or down.

5. Streaks
If you have a completed order in each consecutive month: at 3 months you earn 500 points, at 6 months 1,500 points, and at 12 months 5,000 points โ once per streak.
6. Returns
If an order is fully returned, its points and the cashback it earned are withdrawn. If you used part of them before the return, the available balance is withdrawn and the remainder is settled with you.
7. General terms
- Points and cashback are rewards that cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account. However, any refund credited to your wallet is your money, and you may request it be paid out by bank transfer.
- The company may change the rates, tiers and benefits or suspend the program by announcing it on this page, and no change affects what you earned before it.
- Anything earned through fraud or multiple accounts is canceled.
