Delivery areas and fees
We currently deliver to four cities only. Delivery there is free on orders from SAR 500, and SAR 30 below that; all prices include VAT:
- Riyadh (postal codes 11xxx, 12xxx, 13xxx and 14xxx): Free delivery from SAR 500, and SAR 30 below that.
- Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran: Free delivery from SAR 500, and SAR 30 below that.
- Rest of the Kingdom, including Qatif: we do not deliver there at the moment.
No need to calculate this manually: on Every product page field where you enter your postcode to see whether we deliver to your area before you buy; this also shows on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
Delivery date
Delivery time: one to 3 business days from order confirmation for in-stock products. We contact you after the order is confirmed to set a delivery appointment that suits you. If the product is โOn orderโ โ and it is labeled as such on its page โ it may take longer, and we will let you know how long before shipping.
Payment
Card payment (mada ยท Visa ยท Mastercard) or Apple Pay via the secure Alinma Bank gateway, or by bank transfer: transfer the order amount and delivery fee to one of our accounts and attach a photo of the receipt; your order is approved as soon as we confirm the funds have arrived. We do not store your card details: you enter them directly on the bank's page.
Upon receipt
Inspect the product and its packaging in front of the courier. If you find visible damage to the shipment, notify us immediately at 0558327555 before signing for delivery.
Returns
You may return items within 7 days from receipt, except display units sold โas isโ in the Outlet section. Details and conditions are in the Exchange & Returns Policy.
